Kornsirkel ved Lillestrøm
En kornsirkel har blitt oppdaget i Longsdalen i Rælingen. Den er 50 meter i diameter, og har form som en sirkel med to haker.
Byggestein for liv funnet i komet

The Institute of Frontier Science

UFO Sighting Reports
This week we are looking at some recent sighting reports from the state of Arizona. Our first report comes from the city of Surprise, where a woman reported seeing a gold-colored object that sat still in the sky before fading from view. Our second report is from the city of Tempe, where a woman and her husband saw multiple, globe-like objects in the sky.
Our third report comes from a man in Camp Verde who saw multiple objects move in the clouds, and finally we have a report of 4-5 objects over Phoenix. The witnesses called in their report to 911, and tried to call Luke AFB, but the operator would not give them the telephone number.

UFO on Video in Norway
What is being called "astonishing" footage of a UFO was submitted to the AllNewsWeb news site. The footage was taken in the northern region of Norway on August 13.
Of interest is that the video was taken in the same area of last year's "spiral" event. A witness to the UFO made the following statement:
"This was in the same area where the Spiral UFO of December 2009 was observed, however any connection with this or the HAARP/EISCAT facility is unknown."

UFO Author in Hot Seat on TV Interview
One of the most discussed events lately has been author Leslie Kean's guest appearance on the Colbert Report. Kean has gotten a lot of attention lately as her new book, "UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record" is climbing up Amazon's list, and raising a lot of controversy.
I don't know what you think about Stephen Colbert, but he is the kind of host that you either love or hate, and in this case, he has really been in the hot seat from UFO proponents. He made fun of Kean, and UFOs in general. He does thrive on controversy.
One good thing that came from the interview was a renewed interest in the Chicago O'Hare UFO.

Did UFO Crash in California?
MUFON's Jeffrey Gonzalez (California), received a frantic phone call on the 24 hour hotline on August 23. The callers were screaming, "It's trying to take off, it's trying to lift!"
Gonzalez learned that witnesses had seen a black triangle craft crash into a mountain just north of Fresno. Gonzalez rushed to the location to see three bright lights coming from the crash site, and vehicles surrounding the scene.
When daylight broke, a strange stingray-shaped vessel in front of an abandoned shack on the mountain could be seen. There were also two massive burn marks on the hill.
What all of this means is uncertain at this time. But, when more information comes in, I will post an update.

Veteran Pilot States: "UFOs are Real."
Author Tim Brosnan has interviewed a veteran pilot who categorically states that UFOs are real. Jim Courant has about 30,000 flight hours to his credit, and his status as an experienced passenger airliners captain cannot be denied.
So is his conviction that UFOs are real. Courant stated that "I got the proof that I was after. "That's the part I won't discuss. But obviously something has kept me in this, taking the chances I've taken."
This tantalizing statement makes us wonder just what Courant does know. But, of course, there is the negative feedback and stigma associated with a veteran pilot coming forward about UFOs.

UFO Sighting Reports
This week we are revisiting the state of Washington, as the wave there appears to be continuing. Our first report is from a man who saw an object hover over Lake Chelan. Our next report is from Vancouver, where a woman and her boyfriend report seeing an orange object which dropped something from it.
Our third report involves the sighting of a triangle UFO followed by a plane. This occurred in Port Angeles. Our final report comes from Sedro Woolley, where a motorist relates a harrowing account of two UFOs, one hovering in front of his truck, his truck malfunctioning, and losing time.

Mother Ships in our Solar System?
Here is a controversial film that some of you may have seen. If so, let us know what you think. If you have not seen it, please do so. I would be very interested in knowing your views.
The video is of some amazing shots of what are represented as "mother ships" by J.L. Walson. Walson is an amateur astronomer who claims to have developed a method of capturing these mother ships on video camera.

Reader Relates UFO Encounter at Sea
Recently, I posted the article, UFOs and Ships at Sea. I knew that this would bring some comments and stories from some of our readers. And sure enough, it did.
It is amazing to me how many reports of UFOs there are that have never been made public before, and I have one for you submitted by one of our readers. He relates an account from his brother, who served on the Destroyer JW Thomason during the Viet Nam War.

It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's a UFO?
It seems that almost every day, we are looking at another photo or video of what might be a UFO. Coming to this point was inevitable with almost everyone having a decent camera these days, and a larger and larger percentage of everyday people with video cameras.
I would like to draw your attention to a photograph taken over Cornwall, UK, in December, 2008. This photo has been deemed one of the best ever taken in England. I have to disagree, even though Nick Pope, whom I admire, said the photo was one of the best he had seen.
I guess people see things differently, but the very moment I looked at the photo, I thought to myself, "That's a bird." Am I losing it? Have I seen too many of these things? Am I giving in too quickly to the debunkers?
